1. Returns Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition (with all tags and accessories).
Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
Opened software, downloadable products, or personalized/customized items.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
2. Refund Process
Approved Returns: Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Bank/Payment provider processing times may apply.
Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
3. Exchanges

4. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
5. Wholesale Returns
Bulk orders may have different return conditions. Refer to your wholesale agreement or contact our sales team.
6. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@vistaroot.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.
Ship the item to the provided address (return shipping may be at your cost unless defective).
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank/payment account first.
- Contact your payment provider (credit card/PayPal, etc.).
If unresolved, email us for assistance.
