2. How to Claim Warranty

  • Photos/videos of the defect.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Assessment: We’ll review your claim and provide instructions (repair, replacement, or refund).

Resolution: If approved, we’ll cover return shipping (if applicable) and process your claim within 7 business days.

3. Wholesale Warranty Terms

4. Out-of-Warranty Support

For expired warranties or non-covered damage, we offer paid repair/replacement services. Contact us for a quote.
